MAY 13th - Kick Off:  Required Student & Parent Meeting and the forms are due 5/13
  1. Attend the Kick Off Meeting in the AHS Auditorium (5/13)
  2. Turn in online Marching Band Registration Form (5/13)
  3. Turn in online Marching Band Contract  (Form #1, pages 1 & 2)
  4. Turn in online TABB Membership Pledge Form (Form #2)- Payment $100 per marcher
  5. Turn in online Volunteer Information Form (Form #3)
  6. Turn by printing Band Health Form (Form #4)
  7. Turn in to TABB box 1st Band Payment - $475, OR Payment #1 - $125 (Form #5A)
  8. Turn in online Band Camp Chaperone Volunteer Form (Form #6) if needed by TABB
  9. Turn in online Band Camp Student Information Form (Form #7)
  10. Turn in online 2020 Extra Competition Shirt Order form  (Form #8)– Payment
  11. Turn in online Uniform Responsibility Agreement (Form #9)
  12. Turn in by printing Echo Grove Waiver Form
  13. Turn in by printing Parade Company Waiver Form for the Thanksgiving Day Parade in even years only (2020, 2022, etc.)
  14. Turn in to TABB box TSD Background Form with copy of driver's license
  15. Payment worksheet for your convenience.

JUNE
  1. Band Fun Night 6 pm – 8 pm (Date TBD)
  2. Turn in to TABB box Band Payment #2 - $125 (6/10)
  3. Deadline to turn in Band Camp Student Information (Form #7) (6/10)
  4. Deadline to turn in Competition Shirt Order (Form #8) (6/10)

JULY        
  1. Pre-camp at Athens 1-5 pm and social activity from 5:30 - 7 pm(7/27 to 7/31)
  2. Parent Band Camp Meeting – 6 pm & Student/Parent Activity Night 7-8 pm (Date TBD)
  3. New marchers and returners wanting new shoes, measured for shoes (Date/Time TBD)        Shoes will be ordered online and shipped to Athens
  4. Turn in Band Payment #3 -$125 (7/8)

AUGUST
  1. Band Camp Echo Grove.  More information on website About-->Marching Band-->Band Camp (8/3 to 8/8)  
  2. MB Performance at Camp Echo Grove (8/8)
  3. Turn in Band Payment #4 -$100 (8/12)


SEPTEMBER
  1. Home Football Game (9/3)
  2. Homecoming Parade and Varsity Football Game (9/11)
  3. Trenton Competition (possible) (9/26)

OCTOBER
  1. Varsity Home Football Game & Friday Night Lights (10/2)
  2. Scholastic Marching Band Home Competition (10/3) 
  3. ​Home Football Game (10/9)
  4. Competition at Chippewa Valley HS (10/10)
  5. MSBOA Festival at Troy High (10/14)
  6. Potential Home Football Game (10/16)
  7. Away Game @ Troy High - Drum Off (10/23)
  8. Brandon Competition (10/24)
  9. Halloween Parades (10/31)     

NOVEMBER
  1. ​Detroit Thanksgiving Day Parade - only even years (2020, 2022, etc.)
  2. Marching Band Banquet (11/6)
