GETTING CONNECTED
Communication is the key in having a successful season.  TABB utilizes many forms of communication via different media channels. It is extremely important that TABB has your current contact information loaded into Charms Office (Please fill out Form #2 Roster Info/Membership Pledge Form), this includes phone numbers and email addresses.
 
Charms- Login & Access
You can access Charms through the link below.

Your student’s Troy School District ID Number is the password.  If you are prompted for the school code, it is athensband.  You can update contact information in Charms.  This is very important as it is used as our email communication tool.

Weekly eBlast
TABB sends out an email via Charms, full of information that you need to know including fundraising opportunities, calls for volunteers, donation requests, calendar of upcoming events, student recognition, band news and reminders for payments and form due dates.  This is why it is very important to login to Charms and keep it updated with your current information.

STAYING CONNECTED

Band Calendar
 
It is recommended that all marching band families sync the band calendar to their mobile device/Google calendar.  All changes will automatically show in your device.
The calendar system has changed since last year.  The new instructions to manually set up the calendars are on the web site:

There are multiple calendars now, instead of just one.  The URL to enter for each calendar is longer, so 'copy and paste' is the best way to get them set up.
However, we are still working on simplifying the process.  We will keep the instructions on the website up to date.
 
 
Remind 101

Remind 101 will be used for reminders and updates.  Please join the appropriate messaging services.
  • Parents please text the message @20mbp to the phone number 81010 for updates.
  • Students please text the message @20mbs to the phone number 81010 for updates.
​These are the same groups as last year.  You do not have to re-join the group.
